Tangie Lynn Sims

On October 24, 1996, officers responded to the 1200 block of Iola Street where a body had been located. The decedent was later identified as Tangie Sims. The victim was last seen at E. Colfax Avenue and Joliet Street, walking towards a semi-tractor with a sleeper cab without a trailer attached.
