This page highlights the cases currently undergoing investigative work using forensic genealogy. While the term “open” may be misleading, many of these cases already have leads, identified suspects, or hits from DNA analysis. These cases remain in the “open” category until the suspect is located, apprehended, or investigative follow-up has concluded.
